      it is a mon-fri job

      Cons

      working from 8am-5pm answering calls all day can get a little exhausting and boring. Asking for days off in advance doesn't matter, you can't ask for any Monday's off but it's best if you call off, which makes no sense.

      I like that they have flexible working schedules available. Friendly staff since I've started working here I've been welcomed with open arms, supported, and upper management has been attentive to my needs and ensuring everything is going well.
