Disorganized and Dysfunctional - Manufacturing Technician Arrowhead Systems Employee Review

Where to start? -Upper management is like watching high school all over again. They gang up and bully people, don't know what actually goes on out in the shop, don't know how to run a company and are literally running it into the ground. They hide stuff from the owner and in turn the owner cusses out employees and strikes the fear of god into all employees. The pay is low, the benefits are expensive and not great. HR is a nightmare who has their hands in everything but can't stay organized enough to accomplish anything.
