Pros
I am allowed to make decisions and improve the company. I have read the previous negative reviews of the owner and he is opinionated and is very direct but he focuses on the leadership. He may be tough but he has grown the company and has high quality standards. I can tell you from reading the reviews who didn't get a job and who left because they couldn't do the job.
Cons
Its not easy to work here but it is fun. I work with some of the best people I have ever known. Its not easy to work anywhere when you think about it. Another con is reading reviews on a website like this written by people who couldn't get hired or couldn't cut it here. It means that someone else will miss the chance to work with us and we are pretty awesome!
