Pros
Junior and Mid-level members of the HR team were all brilliant. Helpful, kind and easy to get along with. Other areas of the business were also great. Some wonderful people there.
Cons
HR 'Leaders' - They oversee a team with the highest turnover I've ever seen, but blame everyone but themselves. Please look inward and stop creating a toxic, negative and depressing working environment and you might actually get the best out of people.
