Awesome, clean, challenging, growth, oppertunity

No cons, good company, pay well.

I guess the only Pro is that it is a job. The companies biggest client is a fortune 500 corporation. This is only a front to make them look good until you get your foot in door.

First and foremost, this company has horrible management. Too many micromanaging supervisors who look for any small reason to insult your intelligence. Some talk to you as if you were a three year old, others reduce themselves to shouting or belittling, it's disgusting. Do not even attempt to exercise critical or free thinking, as it is not accepted by the "elite" few who manage operations. Do not ever expect a raise and do not even think to ask for one no matter how long you have been working there. Very often hours of operation will change to a six day work week with little or no notice. Work-life balance does not exist with this company. There is a horrible turn over rate. It is a dead end job accept for the few elite leaders in management. Hourly employees get nothing. No benefits, no paid vacation and definitely no raises. People are treated horribly within this company and the stress is overwhelming.
