Achieving success in an environment with minimal training on the internal database can be challenging, especially when there is constant oversight on your actions within the systems. Additionally, being assigned to sell on an account populated by former employees adds another layer of difficulty. After waiting four years for this opportunity, it was disheartening to be let go after just three months. This experience has been disappointing, and it’s clear why the top salesperson on the team chose to leave; I should have trusted my instincts.
