Pros
Pleasure while serving elderly population and having good teamwork with co-workers.
Cons
Daily micromanagement of employees, your voice does not count as a manager, only ED's, do not even try to question ED. Benefits: no paid vacation until 6 months is up, less then 2 weeks of a vacation per year, overall not good benefits,no 401k offered.
