Pros
Its a fun place to work. Nerf fights. PlayStation in break room. Can come and go as I please. Supposed to be legit hours but come in late, long lunches, find any excuse to leave early.
Cons
If you not a fiend of management then you will get over looked every time. Everyone who is a friend of management is moving up. The rest will sit and rot. Lower level employees get piled up on while upper level just keep off shooting there responsibilities. Lots of broken promises. A goal is set, then as you get close the goal post moves. Pay is not competitive. Management just laughs with each other as they get richer as we struggle. 40 hours a week is a joke. Putting 45-60 on average. Should I keep going or you get the point?
