Lovely people for the most part, and the company genuinely makes a good product that positively effects it's users.
Cons
Complete whiplash from company wide re-org and massive toxic culture swing led by incoming upper management has left this place a shambles.
A few examples:
* Ai "data gathering" bots installed in every teams private slack spaces with no discussion or comment on privacy concerns
* Company wide non-optional title changes without a job description.
* Org wide level demotions (All staff -> senior, etc)
* Mass confusion with regard to... pretty much everything.
