The job itself is very messy and disorganized. The leaders do not set you up for success and instead tear you down when you are already confused as to what your roll is. You will feel out of place with the direction from management. Management has openly stated that they are okay with firing and letting anyone go out of personal enjoyment. The setting is very high school with gossiping as part of their apparent job description. Expectation is high yet you will not receive proper training or development- then threatened to be let go because of this. Customer Service Management will leave newly trained employees with 8 hour shifts without checking in or any coverage- just you and the four walls alone while they are not responding to your questions- in these moments you are unable to break and take lunch without the fear of a write up because they constantly are threatening CSRs with that. The owners of the company need to do research on who the management they hire and let go of the people who don’t have the companies best interests- The product testing team negatively has said things about the CFO/CMO
CSR management has called the CEO/CMO/CFO lost and unable to run their own company
