Pros
Educational reimbursement, offer doctors on site, although I don't believe they can actually prescribe medication, they can give you cough syrup or Aleeve and take your temperature. 401k, small bonus check in July
Cons
Increase in hiring led to micromanaging style throughout the departments. No longer feels like a family company. Moved the new facility out in the middle of nowhere, will take years to recoup from the extra money to commute now. Alot of 1st time workers out of college here, not the best leadership or work ethic from them.
