Oppressive supervisor in manufacture side/clean room Supervisor with poor people skills and lack of respect and appreciation for employees Very difficult process to change to another position is almost designed for people to give up Expecting employees to work 10 hrs shifts in complete silence During this 10 hr shifts if employees stop moving their hands you are immediately pointed out and embarrasses infront of a group...and superv come and raise their voice "move those hands". All comes back to poor management ...people on those positions lack leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
