Pros
The corporate goal at Arthrex is to help surgeon's be able to treat their patients better, it is not about maximizing profits for shareholders. To me this means that the customer always comes first, and this allows an employee to always do the right thing.
Cons
The incredible growth rate at Arthrex makes it difficult to maintain a steady work flow. Team members change often, not because they have left the company, but just because so many new people are coming in every week. Parking is also a pain.
