1yArticle went through unprecedented growth during the pandemic, followed by a market correction and slowdown. This led to some hard but necessary decisions that were needed to ensure Article could be an enduring profitable organization.
While, we’re thankful you took the time to share your thoughts, it’s important we address some of the inaccurate statements. Since 2021, we have had 40 promotions within the Customer Care team. This does not include the Particles (people of Article), who started as Customer Care agents and have moved into other departments to grow their careers. Regarding raises, employees who received “not meeting expectations” in their performance reviews were not eligible for wage increases - very few got this rating in Customer Care, and the rest received raises. Article has a compensation philosophy to pay for performance, not for tenure.
While, your employee experience is not what we strive for in Customer Care at Article, we want to wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours and hopefully, you’ll find a better employment match.
