The day before this review posted, a review with the EXACT same review body content, but written by a person claiming to be a “System Engineer” was posted then deleted, and posted again the next day as a “Web Designer” with a new title.
Very Interesting, but regardless of which position the submitter decided go with, they’ve made it 100% clear they’ve never worked for us here.
First, nobody works for, or has ever worked for under minimum wage, works/worked 6 days a week or 13 hour days, or has gone without paid sick days.
We’ve repeatedly asked Glassdoor to ask the submitter, (most likely a competitor, offshore entity we've turned down, or interviewee who didn’t get hired) to ask for some proof, any proof, that they ever worked for us as they claim; a W-2, a pay stub, anything at all, but those checks and balances just aren’t part of the Glassdoor system.
This is California. CA doesn’t mess around with employment related laws and takes employment as seriously as we do; we wouldn’t have a 15 year old company if we ever tried to do the type of lies the fake reviewer is accusing us of here.
From day one, whether it’s full employment, part-time or during the initial trial period, we follow those laws.
On top of that, every single full time employee who passed their 3 month trial period has always gotten paid vacation days, bereavement time off, paid sick days, and various benefits according to needs / desires.
Coincidentally, though, we did start getting repeatedly contacted by Glassdoor’s sales department about setting up a meeting for us to discuss Glassdoor’s for-pay services right after we wrote in asking them to make the entity making these libelous claims prove any kind of relationship to our company.
