They get good orders by stating their Tata Projects Limited Subsidiary, only. So basically you become a Tata Employee without Tata Employee benefits.
Cons
Beware of HR Policy. You wont get any corporate, good work environment. Scolding, Overtime tireless. Working culture exists. When you leave don't expect they are going to tell good things about you...After a period of time you will become a rat of the se rat race. Everybody does in the morning.
