You are treated like a cog in the machine and you are disposable. The atmosphere is tense and the turnover rate is incredibly HIGH. The owner is not friendly and everyone is on edge...Your salary is in constant flux and you never get a breakdown of your earnings. Also, you receive no benefits...As previous reviews have stated - this is a retail store and NOT an art gallery. The owner is notorious for mistreating artists and they are just as expendable - she has no remorse.
