20,000 employees is a lot to manage for a corporate structure. one bad egg ruins the reputations of the whole group, and there is no way to have no bad eggs at that scale. Understanding the difference between an emerging market (for them) and an established market (for them) is not an easy task internally. this leads to a huge disparity between established office success and emerging office success.
