      Pros

      Arup Singapore has a good working environment. Arup is an employee-owned organisation. Each of Arup's employees receives a share of the firm's operating profit each year.

      Cons

      Due to the high amount of projects being undertaken at any one time, peak periods may mean employees may need to work a couple of extra hours of unpaid OT to meet deadlines.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
