Great company with lots of great projects and well structured full disciplines. The perfect place for new graduates to start their career. Global team with frequent communications and experience exchanges. Megaprojects to be involved in and opportunities to work with the global team.
Cons
Non-competitive salaries, conservative promotions and pay raise. Sinor or Management positions are paid well but usually undervalued for intermediate positions. Offen has seen talented people leave for much better salaries. The above comments may not be exact across countries or offices.
