Great people. Great projects. Good social activities. Can move around relatively easy between offices if there is a business case or strong preference.
Cons
Wages. Big workload at times. Takes a long time to recruit people which is good in regards to due diligence but there are a lot of leavers also and turnover is high. Often understaffed.
