Pros
Great work place. There is a bit of "corporate" way of thinking, but still with the spirit of great engineering achievement... And above all... the company try to get the best out of your experience and this means they try to put you in projects in which you can perform the best you can.
Cons
the career progression is complicated and sometimes people get annoyed about this. Other company may offer more money, but ... do nt make the mistake to choose only on salary level... I left for an increased salary (and career progression)... and I found out the the company I joined after Arup .... well didn't have the same great work environment... and the extra money I got.... after didn't look that great after....
