      - Good compensation and benefits - Surrounded by highly knowledgeable and interesting experts in their respective fields - Employee-owned structure feels empowering - Ability to work on projects that align with personal interests that also scale important social change - Options to work with many members outside of one's respective team

      - Sometimes volume of work can feel high but there is generally great resourcing, so it is easily resolved - Wish there were a few more opportunities for travel but understand that the reasoning is in line with a firm-wide commitment to reducing emissions

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
