      Lots of room for creativity in work. You are given the freedom to get involved in different projects. The People team has a great collaborative culture. We are always evolving and open to change as a People team.

      Cons

      If you like structure, it can be a challenging place to navigate. You need to be comfortable working with ambiguity.

      Pros

      Working at Arup was a great experience, surrounded by smart, motivated, and mission-driven peers.

      Cons

      This may have since improved, but at least previously, the America's region felt rather second-class compared to UK. Most/all senior leadership, even in the US, was British.

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
