      Flexible working hours. Trust-based environment with no micromanagement. Access to the latest technology and software for staff. Strategic office location, conveniently near hotels and malls.

      Cons

      I believe I’ve reached a plateau in my current role, and growth opportunities are limited. The culture still retains some Asian influences, where decision-making is largely centralized at the local office

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
