I have no pros for this company at all

Without a doubt the worst company I ever worked for. Management bully their staff and even threaten a few. They have no clue what they are doing and are quick to jump on employees back if something goes wrong but never there to support them. Quickly blame you for any mistakes, even though they don't know the answer to the problem themselves. Work force planning can't get a rota right. We don't get the rota a week before the next month starts, loads of lies about the new BMW contract it's going to be like this and that but all false promises. They will never retain staff, hard work counts for nothing all you need to do is be friendly with the managers or operation managers and they will promote you. Favouritism is key in this company. I wouldn't ever go back and neither would I recommend anyone to work here. Staff have had panic attacks due to angry customers and the managers never there to support them. The stress levels are high and you get zero reward. Management talk negativelty about their employees to other employees. Proper high school mentality no clue how they are a multi million pound company. Our contracts stated 20 holidays and bank holiday no mention of operation needs may need to work it. When put on rota for bank holiday and it was brought up their comment was oh the contract must be wrong, like how does that make anysense. Also one team got time and a half pay and a extra day holiday to work it and one team got just a extra day holiday. Zero equality in this place.

This is one of the worst places I have ever worked. They do not care about their employees here; to them, you are just another number. They get upset when you use your sick days, even though they are a legal right, and then retaliate against you by punishing you when you return to work. And be careful about filing a complaint with Human Resources because they are two-faced. Instead of helping you, it often ends up backfiring on you. That is why no one feels comfortable going to them. This company does not appreciate or value its employees unless you have connections or favoritism. Management, starting from the top, has no clear direction. Everything constantly changes, even when it is not the best option, simply because someone higher up decided it. The environment feels outdated and authoritarian, like something from another era. There is a lot of hypocrisy, resentment, and abuse of power.
