1. Flexibility in working hours. 2. Technical folks and project leads are knowledgeable and helpful.
Cons
1. Non transparent policies. They do not write the notice duration in offer letter clearly while you are in probation. HR verbally confirmed that it's one month in probation. The day I submitted my resignation, I was told that it's three months. 2. Certification incentive was part of my package, so I did the certification. After completion, I was told that I can not resign for six months from the date of certification. If I do so, I have to pay 3 month's GROSS salary and the certification cost. I felt like I was forced to stay. 3. To withdraw your PF, you have to get your PAN verified by your employer on UAN portal. They couldn't do it in four months. 4. Last working date was decided 2 weeks ago. Still I have to go to collect my relieving letter on the next day.
