If you’re a skilled or Investor - Tech Lead Aryatech Platforms Employee Review

My experience at Aryatech Platforms was deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, I did not find a single positive aspect worth highlighting during my time there. Major Issues: Toxic Culture: The workplace was driven by internal politics, gossip, and favoritism. Shouting and abusive behavior were common on the office floor, which created a stressful and hostile environment. Poor Leadership: The co-founders and CTO lacked the necessary technical knowledge and leadership skills. The CTO, in particular, made impulsive decisions and displayed an unprofessional, ego-driven attitude. Egoistic Management: Employees were terminated without proper reasoning or process. The management operated with a “Lala company” mindset — emotional and unstructured decision-making ruled over professionalism. False Public Image: While the company portrays itself on social media as working for farmers and society, the internal reality is that the entire focus is on pleasing investors. There’s a clear mismatch between what is shown publicly and what happens internally. Insecurity & Fear: A culture of fear exists across departments. Most employees work just to protect their jobs, not to grow or contribute meaningfully. If you’re a skilled or Investor, sincere, and growth-oriented professional, I strongly advise staying away from this company.
