Pros

Many changes. New management is bringing structure. Hope for personal growth is rising.

Cons

Marketing and Sales are the most affected by the changes. It feels like adjustments are only being made at the front end, while everything behind remains the same. There’s no investment in the product despite a poor product-market fit. Colleagues from Professional Services are not being involved. There’s no presales support. Many opportunities fall through because Sales has no backup from other departments. No teams are being built to actually win deals; instead, more sales staff are being added just to increase front-end activity.

can't think of any pros

Cons

clear bias in upper management, no investment in staff. no career opportunities or internal mobility. they would rather hire someone with a fancy title instead, no ownership. everything is outsourced to contractors to save £££. only focused on mergers and acquisitions now. product is a mess. shop is run like a meat grinder more focused on churning out features instead of making a quality product. constant expected overtime. no ownership salary is a joke

Pros

I got a response on the role fairly quickly compared to other interviews I did. Its a very nice office and small compact teams.

Cons

People on the development team doesn't really like talking much. It felt kinda isolated. The only communication was mostly did through online chat eventhough they might be sitting on the next table.
