      Great team, flexible schedule, salary.

      Cons

      Horrible new manager who impeded on our team, arrogant, doesn’t know anything, unhelpful. No room to grow. Layoffs affecting stability and team responsibilities.

      Work culture - I've worked across multiple units & everyone is so kind & helpful Pay - Competitive wage especially as a new grad 3x12 schedules, fixed schedules & night or day at hire. Union! Union & union members are supportive & dedicated to keeping us informed

      Education - This department has been cut & when recently transitioning roles, was made this evident. Corporate - Lots of cuts this year & the foreseeable future Job Security- Turning as a secure job to not sure what
