I have been with Kindley Assisted Living at Asbury Methodist Village for 5 years and I have enjoyed my years with Asbury and plan to continue. The staff are very friendly and dedicated to give the highest level of care to the residents. The environment is one of professionalism and caring. The staff works together in a pleasant environment where everyone is important and treated with respect. All I can say is if you are lucky enough to live or work at KAL you are the lucky one!!!!

Cons

Unfortunately or fortunately for KAL there are no cons for me to report and I have worked at many facilities and this is A #1

At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

Cons

Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
