      Pros

      My supervisor has always given me the flexibility I need to balance my work life and home life. This has allowed me to work here for nearly 17 years (so far)! The residents are wonderful and I always feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day, knowing I made a difference.

      Cons

      The health insurance is not the greatest and I feel it is costly.

      Pros

      At the time of employment, supervisor was great and supportive. A new supervisor came in and things went downhill.

      Cons

      Overworked, cut hours when census is down.
