-processes and procedures are a work-in-progress -communication lost between departments at times

There are none. This place is a disaster. The kids are so sweet, but that’s it. Go to another clinic!!!

Do NOT work here. The worst experience ever. They cannot keep staff and it is the most toxic work environment. They are unorganized and a very poorly run clinic. They are practicing some shady billing practices as well. They lost an entire team of staff but still won’t make necessary changes to have a successful clinic
