During my time at Ascend Travel, I found it to be one of the most difficult and unprofessional workplaces I have experienced. The management style was extremely poor and lacked clear direction, with decisions often made without proper structure or transparency. Instead of using professional tools or systems for internal communication, the company relied heavily on Line, which is highly inefficient and unorganized for business operations. The work environment itself was toxic, with little to no support or encouragement from leadership. Employees were often left to navigate unclear expectations, inconsistent processes, and unproductive communication styles. Rather than fostering teamwork, respect, and growth, the culture created unnecessary stress and tension. Overall, Ascend Travel failed to provide a healthy or professional workplace, which not only affected employee morale but also hindered productivity and professional development. It is not an organization I would recommend to anyone seeking a supportive and well-managed work environment.
