In overall, the average IQ of all the employees in this company is 20. The company is Titanic, looks beautiful from outside, but once you are in, you will die, sooner or later. Thai employees try their best to show that they are incompetent, passive aggressive, fake…the list goes on.There’s no direction, and nothing is moving at all. The worst is that none of the management team knows how to move it. They are busy playing politic game.
Cons
Everyone tries hard to look busy without doing anything, and that’s only thing their brains can think of. A racist culture, Thai colleagues don’t care about non Thai and only speak Thai in the meetings, especially in front of the bosses to show how good their relationships with the Thai bosses are. HR always share confidential information.All non Thai, if they stay more than 1 year with Ascend,it’s because they have no where to go. And mostly because Ascend pay them higher than what they can do with their IQ. Eventually some worst performance Thai employees also couldn’t stand this company and left. If you are good at playing politics and nothing else, this is the place for you. If you are nothing good, it’s even better. In that case, You are made for Ascend.
