If I had to list one it would be helping patients but a lot of the time that goes by the wayside due to management being ineffective or not caring about patients or facilities they are in. It's all about numbers and meeting money to them not quality of care
Cons
Cultist methods, manage by fear, if you have an opinion that does not match managements you are outcast. Management knows nothing about relationship building nor mantaining them. Money and number focused, Belittles and humiliated employees daily, covers up mistakes by blaming facilities of families of patients, micro managing to the extreme,
