Pros
The psychiatrists are great! World-class experts (although they are mostly off site). UPDATE: psychiatrists have been fired and replaced by NPs.
Cons
As a former employee put it: management vibes like a bunch of “mean girls” (though some of them are men). Management is very much like a clique: gossip, not honest, not empathetic, poor communication skills, some have short fuses and explode at staff publicly, not clear in decision making, not growth-oriented, fake, say one thing to one person and then the opposite to someone else, choose favorites, make you sign contracts not to talk about the things they say to you, promote a culture of fear instead of cohesion and community, conceal your peers schedules as they don’t know how to foster an organization with transparency/teamwork. It’s much like Soviet Russia up in there and if you are in a desperate situation and have absolutely no other options in America's largest city with a zillion other options... sure — take the job but within a year you will quit or get fired. Again they have zero clue how to manage adult professionals and instead use a management style fit for a group of toddlers that will stay emotionally and socially stunted due to the way they are being parented. This place will be self limiting in its success due to its poor leadership.
