- Co-workers (some) -Benefits (minus 401K..Ironically, they are a retirement company)
Cons
- Managers not having the experience to manage a team of different background and skillsets - Managers not holding rogue team members accountable for their work - Simple task takes longer to do since everything is over-engineered - Tenured employees were given a great amount of slack and didn't have to learn new standards/technology while new employees had to learn it all - Make sure to question their benefits, specifically their 401K before being caught off guard at their orientation
