      supportive leadership, respectful of work/life balance, great PTO, wellness benefits, genuinely kind co-workers, mission driven, really cool end of year awards program highlighting good employees

      not a great 401k match given the industry, lean organization so not a ton of promotion opportunities

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
