      Pros

      Remote working was easy, and team members were friendly. Benefits were easy to manage and had really solid options.

      Cons

      Remote work makes it hard to progress professionally, especially at a larger company. They do make the "Career Path" info easy to digest but it's all relatively slow and not much room for experimentation to find new passions and additional value for yourself.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
