Pros

No Pros they themself tells how the company culture so that no one can join

Cons

The process after tech interviews lacked structure and transparency. Communication was inconsistent, with long gaps keeping people on hold. Compensation expectations were discussed multiple times at different stages, but the final offer shared was significantly half than what was initially discussed. They were completely rigid about the package they want to offer. While I understand that companies have budget constraints and role requirements, the closing conversation could have been handled more professionally and not hanging up phone in between talks. During the final discussion, I felt the tone was dismissive and discouraging when I tried to explain my expectations politely. The terms used were- I think you are giving interview for the first time, learn corporate culture we decide the budget after interview. I thank God that i got the real face of company before joining. Would not recommend because HR are bit harsh and raise their voices if we put our point regarding our expectation. Only waste of time. Even i talked to previous employee and got to know about the toxic culture in the company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We always value insights from candidates, as they help us improve our processes. At Ascent, we strive to maintain a professional and structured recruitment process; however, as with many growing organizations, certain aspects of interviews and offer discussions may evolve over time. We encourage candidates to understand that some adjustments in process and structure can occur before joining. We also believe that the full experience of our company culture, work environment, and collaborative practices can be best appreciated once you become part of the team, as this allows for a comprehensive understanding of our values and approach. We take all feedback seriously and will continue to review our communication and engagement practices to ensure clarity, professionalism, and mutual respect during the recruitment journey. Thank you again for your time and perspective.

Pros

I would like to share an honest and genuine review of the organization, covering both its pros and cons based on my personal experience. The organization offers plenty of opportunities, especially for individuals who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Even freshers are given exposure to large clients early on, which provides a strong platform for learning and professional growth. While there is currently no formal work-from-home policy, the organization does allow remote work in genuine situations and during festive periods, which is a positive aspect.

Cons

Lack of structured processes in certain areas. Occasional salary delays or payments made in installments. Limited support from senior management (though some individuals may view this as an opportunity to work independently). Instances of micromanagement, particularly at a functional level, which can feel restrictive at times. Please note that this feedback is based purely on my personal experience, and there is no intention to undermine the organization. For freshers, I would suggest focusing less on reviews and more on gaining experience—joining, learning, and moving on after 3–4 years could be beneficial. However, for individuals with significant family responsibilities, it may be wise to carefully evaluate the organization, gather feedback from others, and then make an informed decision.
