Pros
Being employed by Ascom has been a good experience and I plan to work here until retirement. It is a laid back atmosphere where we have fun, yet we all know we are there to do a job. The dress code is business casual with an emphasis on casual! The health benefits are amazing because of how little the company charges employees compared to other companies. There are some coverages, even family coverage, that are covered by Ascom 100%! Ascom made a smooth transition to allow employees to work remotely during the pandemic ensuring we had the tools and resources to perform our job. All companies have good and bad, but at Ascom there is a lot more good!
Cons
Sometimes communication is harder than it should be across departments, but at the end of the day, results that benefit Ascom and each other are achieved.
