      Pros

      Great company to work with especially with Samartha. I directly reported to Samartha and is a joy to work with. He provided ample freedom to execute my ideas. He has an ear to all the new initiatives that i used to come up with. Very encouraging and friendly.

      Cons

      Gets carried away with new joinees ignoring the old employees.
