Few but great co-workers and free spices and herbs

Revolving door atmosphere, underpaid and worst HR rules and procedures ever experienced in a company. All shifts are understaffed and workers have been leaving for years for jobs that pay way more nearby doing the same thing and safer. Out of touch office workers when it comes to employees on the floor, definitely divided environment.
