Pros
nice location, small team at my office, probably more if i hadn't left after a month
Cons
I was hired for one role and then put into another. they had someone training me who also had to do all of her own work as well, so when i'd ask for help in training she'd get rather annoyed. Didn't even let me set my own desktop background, even though a coworker had one? I know that's an extremely minor thing, but on top of everything else in this office, it was a little soul crushing. Like I said, I applied to be a receptionist and was instead trained on another position (I don't remember the name of it, that's how unofficial it was). I struggled in this position, if I'd known that I'd never spend a minute behind the reception desk and instead would be cold-calling universities trying to poach their recent graduates, and giving pharmacists job interviews despite that I knew absolutely nothing about being a pharmacist, I wouldn't have even applied. I had zero interest in being an interviewer. Also extremely out of date; very little in the office had been updated since 2000.
