Pros
Look, I think these are generally good people trying to run a company the right way, but they are not interested in supporting their area managers (at least not in my case) and their sales rep turn over is crazy.
Cons
I was hired well into the season, and a very slow season at that, I was handed a half dozen new recruits with 3 hours of lackluster training, in a state that was having a historically bad year for roofing, When I did land a decent number of significant leads with our team, the office took weeks to provide estimates and answer questions that I had, causing us to lose business and frustrate the new reps. I was not given minimal guidance, I was given none. I was fine with this as I am experienced with this kind of thing, but when I did need info or answers they were so slow coming that it cost us customers. Of the few customers we did manage to get, it took about 7 months to go from inspection to final check. They talk a good game about their production staff and 25 years of experience, but the reality is that they ran jobs inefficiently and the profit margins were not what they promised.
They lied and told me my position was secure in 2026, meanwhile they were actively recruiting a replacement and making disparaging comments about me to people they then sent to work for me. They must have thought I was stupid, but while I was working 40+ hours a week ramping up a new team, they were actively trying to undermine me and had no intention of me working into the upcoming hail season. Things were very deceptive and unprofessional by the end, and I dilligently continued to do my job I was being paid to do.
To add insult to injury they chose to fire just as this years hail season was kicking off, after promising me that was not going to happen, effectively leaving me hamstrung to make a living in the industry I've been in for a decade. I went from ignored to disrespected. I would think carefully before coming to work for this place.
