Pros

There are some senior and much experienced members of the company who are really helpful and will guide you and train you at every step till you are able to successfully learn and do the works or complete the tasks on your own.They are friendly,co-operative,understanding and their behaviour is nice too.They usually donot get angry fast and are ready to give you one to one trainings separately whenever you ask from them to do so.According to me,this is the best thing in ADM

I will simply suggest that if you get attracted by the way the CEO,the HR and the other senior persons of this company explain you and join this company,then you will be simply wasting your time and energy.So,be clever and take decisions wisely.There are people who are working in this company for 8 months,10 months,1 year,1 year and 2 months etc,who have neither received any offer letter nor have they been paid a single rupee till now.For the last 3 months,the HR,the Assistant HR and the payments department are themselves not been paid because the CEO has put their payments on hold.Every 2 or 3 weeks,suddenly,the CEO takes some new decisions,makes some new announcements,launches some new offers,implements some new rules or policies in the company,which he does not inform from before to the old or senior members also.And once the members do the sales of those offers or projects to the different clients,the clients make the investments and pay the required amount of money(which is mostly some thousand dollars) to the CEO,then after some days,when the client or investor keeps asking the CEO or the Project Manager about any update on his investment,then the CEO changes his previous announcement or statement and says that,"The previous offer has gone,now that offer is no more valid,now the price for that offer has increased,so if you want to get the same benefits as before,then you will have to invest more and for the price that you had paid or the investment that you had made for the previous offer,we will have to think and see what can be done for that".In this way,from each investor or client,for each project or offer,he is able to earn some lakhs,so that means in a month,he is able to earn a huge amount,but out of all those income or profit,he will not even pay a single amount to those senior members of the company who made these sales to the different clients or those who helped him generate profit.He will only pay some of the members who are very close to him or those who are the internal team members or some members of the management and those are specially muslims,since the CEO himself is a Muslim Malayali.Whatever recognitions,performance rewards,farewell party,pool party,lunch or Iftar party before eid,he will give to them only.For other members,no matter whatever work you do,how good you perform,the CEO will always tell that your performance is not upto the mark,you are still unable to work properly,you need to learn more,you need to have more trainings regarding this,i think you don't pay attention to what is being told at the meeting or training etc and at the end of the month,when you prepare the report of your entire month's works in an excel sheet and submit it to the HR and the next month,within the 10th to 12th,when you receive the statement,(Note : Only statement,no payment to your bank account,at the time of joining,the HR will take your all details in a google form such as your name,location,address,contact number,whatsapp number,time zone,joining position,bank details or paypal details etc,but every month there are one after the other excuses,not to give your payment in your bank account according to the bank statement)then you will see that there will be sudden deductions which you don't know why they have been made and if you want to ask or tell the HR to verify whether he has made any mistake or error while mentioning deductions in your statement,then to make him verify,you have to pay $100 from your pocket,so obviously,no one will want to do that.
