Lacks organizational structure when it comes to certain matters

The program covers the cost of flights, the yellow fever vaccine, and the visa to enter Uganda. Additionally, the program gives the interns a lot of independence to craft and create lesson plans for the students. And finally, you can make really close bonds with the students.

Sometimes, it felt as though my voice was not really valued by the staff.
