Pros
Nothing “pro” about the place. Just another lower end company. A furniture manufacturer that thinks it knows how to run freight. Probably why it lost every account it bought from Wilson Logistics within three years. Nobody liked dealing with them and the reputation has stuck.
Cons
Management is unprofessional and shows no appreciation to the people who actually do the work. Management definitely won’t have your back even when they’re proven wrong. No loyalty to its employees. Pay is constantly short and employees are not paid for all the work they do. Uses third party administrators to get private medical records on its drivers. Poor communication makes it difficult to manage work/life balance.
