Decent pay. No micromanaging, generally free reign.
Cons
No accountability. Management does not take ownership of anything, zero communication, barely any positive feedback. People who are besties with the director get to work from home when they feel like it, but its an 'operational business decision"
No remote flexibility, even though the job CAN be done completely remote. Little vacation time, no boundaries. Fleet is never on time, CSRs take the heat for it, your manager will never back you up. Oh, and if you say "No," once, you're not a team player.
They have two people in my department who have been here over a year. Turnover is massive, and they have no interest in cultivating people to stay and develop here. Office morale is nonexistent. They don't even have coffee or plastic utensils, they only sometimes have water...Truly a pathetic establishment.
